Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 26 September 2026

Welcome to Catholic Relationship Coaching. These Terms & Conditions apply when you use our website, book our services or purchase services or resources from us.

1. About Us

Catholic Relationship Coaching is a UK-based business providing relationship coaching and educational resources.

If you have any questions about these Terms & Conditions, please contact:

info@catholicrelationshipcoaching.com

2. Who Our Services Are For

Our website, assessments and coaching services are intended for adults aged 18 and over.

3. Our Coaching Services

Catholic Relationship Coaching provides relationship coaching and educational support to help clients develop self-awareness, relationship skills, confidence and greater clarity in dating and relationships.

Coaching is a collaborative and practical process. Results will vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome.

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment or mental health care, and our services are not intended to replace professional support where that is required.

4. Discovery Calls

Our initial discovery call is provided free of charge and is intended to help you understand our coaching services and decide whether coaching is appropriate for you.

A discovery call does not create an obligation to purchase coaching.

5. Booking and Payment

Details of the coaching service, fees, payment arrangements and any applicable cancellation terms will be provided before you commit to paid coaching.

Where payments are made online, payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

If you do not attend a scheduled session or provide less than 24 hours' notice, the session may be treated as used and may not be rescheduled or refunded.

For ongoing coaching arrangements, you may end your coaching at any time by contacting us. No notice period is required unless a different arrangement has been agreed with you in writing.

Payments for future coaching sessions that have not yet been provided will not be taken after your coaching has ended. Payments already made for sessions that have taken place, or sessions missed without the required notice, are generally non-refundable.

Any cancellation or refund rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

7. Client Responsibilities

To get the most from coaching, clients are expected to:

  • Attend scheduled sessions or provide reasonable notice when they cannot attend.

  • Participate openly and honestly in the coaching process.

  • Take responsibility for their own decisions and actions.

  • Treat the coaching relationship respectfully.

Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, therapeutic or other specialist advice.

8. Assessments and Free Resources

Our assessments, guides and other free resources are provided for educational and self-reflection purposes.

They are not intended to diagnose or treat any medical or psychological condition and should not be considered a substitute for professional advice.

9. Website Content

We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, website content is provided for general educational purposes and may be updated or changed from time to time.

We do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, current or free from errors.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content and materials provided by Catholic Relationship Coaching, including written content, guides, assessments, worksheets and other resources, belong to Catholic Relationship Coaching or are used with permission.

You may use materials provided to you for your own personal use.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially use our materials without our permission.

11. Our Responsibility

We will provide our coaching services with reasonable care and skill.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or protections you have under applicable consumer law.

12. Privacy

Information about how we collect and use personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page.
