Our Story
Catholic Relationship Coaching was born from a personal journey.
Like many people, I have experienced the challenges and uncertainty that can come with dating and relationships. Those experiences led me to look more deeply into human psychology, relationships, Catholic teaching, and what it means to love and be loved well.
Along the way, I discovered how much there is to learn about ourselves, our relationships, and the vocation we are called to live. I wanted to take what I had learned and make it available to others who may be facing some of the same struggles.
That desire became Catholic Relationship Coaching.
Today, the mission is to support Catholics as they overcome fears and insecurities, grow in confidence and self-awareness, navigate dating and relationships with greater purpose, and discern where they are being called. Ultimately, the hope is that this journey leads beyond simply finding a relationship — towards growing in virtue, authentic love, and a deeper relationship with God.
